How I Price My Work
These are the factors that I consider when pricing your wall!
Prep Work
The condition of the wall will dictate how much prep work is required for your project. Exterior walls and certain surface types may require pressure washing, sanding, chemical treatment, or priming before the mural installation begins. My initial work estimate will include a quote for any services that are required.
Size / Scale
The rate for each project is calculated based on the estimated installation time and total production expenses. Pricing scales according to the complexity and size of the work: larger surfaces or minimalist designs are billed at a lower relative rate, while smaller or more intricate designs require a higher rate.

Location
Less time on the road makes the installation process a lot easier. My rate tends to increase for projects located outside of 45 minutes during rush hr from 07302. Projects located in NYC receive a higher rate to account for tolls and traffic commuting from NJ.

I offer Net 30, Net 60, and Net 90 pay for corporations, public schools, and non profits at an additional premium.

I offer a variety of design options with each free estimate. You may select the appropriate design package that fits your budget.
Add Ons
Clear coating and Anti Graffiti coating. Non sacrificial coatings and sacrificial coatings. ( permanent and wash off/ recoat)

Installation is much smoother when I'm spending less time on the road. Because of this, my standard rates apply to projects within 45 minutes of Jersey City (07302). If a project is further away than that, I usually have to increase the rate to account for the extra travel time.
